Worst panera by far. They have a shelf for rapid pick up but don't use it. I waited 15 minutes as at the pickup counter where they were calling names and the whole time they had my order behind the counter. Only reason I waited is because they said mine was coming up. Waste of time for no reason.

I ordered two bowls of soup and I got two cups of soup I believe. I was afraid to ask if this was an error because there was some woman complaining about her order when I walked in. My mom told me when I got home that I had brought cups of soup because she had been there before and the bowls were bigger

Lousy pastry, not so good flavored coffee, very dirty tables, beverage dispensers, dirty floors and disgusting bathrooms! Just so happened to be some people doing what looked like health department inspections while we where here.

Ordered online and everything was wrong. When asked to please get the correct food, they said they had already packed up for the night. It was 38 minutes before closing. This is the staff that worked around 8pm-8:30pm on Thursday, April 4th 2024.

I recently visited and twas a good experience. I usually pay for delivery, but he food was delicious in-person. Particularly the tuna sandwich + soup combo - most complete lunch meal. Wish i could give 5 stars but the prices seem a tad bit too high compared to others in general. Despite the high price, the overall dining experience made up for it.

In general we like Panera but I'm typically disappointed by the portion size for the constantly increasing prices. The kids 'meals' in particular are very expensive for what you get and drinks are extra ( $2+ for a juice box!). This time was especially disappointing as the mac and cheese was not creamy (mine and my daughters), maybe reheated from yesterday since it was 11am? Additionally the kids turkey and cheese was the smallest it's ever been with one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese on very thin generic bread. The kids were hungry after eating and even commented on the fact that they had gotten so little food.Kid-friendliness: Not good value for the portion size and price.

5 stars. I love the staff. They are always smiling and happy. I always get the cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread. And a cup of coffeeThe bbq sandwich is my lunch go to.My daughter loves your soups.My boyfriend loves the smoothies

Beyond disappointed this is about the third time dislocation has messed up my order, but this is by far the worst. I ordered a southwest chicken sandwich and didn’t receive any chicken on it. Their services is very inconsistent and takes forever. I would not mind paying for food that tasted up to my standards but the fact I paid nine dollars for bread and cheese with no chicken is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling the store Due to them being closed right now to Let management know about this.

Avoid this location at all cost, it is a disaster. The staff is clearly doing their best, but it's yet another example of a company that refuses to staff appropriately, and hasn't figured out how to utilize mobile ordering and delivery without screwing over everyone else.

I am subscribed to the sip club that Panera offers. There hasn’t been one time the staff is utterly clueless to what I am asking when I arrive to pick up my drink. Today, broke the camels back for me to write a review. The cashier was completely clueless and was questioning everything I said. I could see the order receipt on the counter behind her. Just look at the order!
