Having loved Penn Station over the years, I'm sorry to say my last visit was not the best. I ordered online and didn't see a place to indicate I had a coupon. I could have missed it. When I got to the store, the manager (I assume) was quite short when he rejected a request to apply the coupon at pickup. I didn't further engage him, I picked up my order and left. When I opened my sandwich at home there were no tomatoes, even though they came on the order and there were no pickles, which I had ordered as an addition. Not happy but I proceeded to eating it. If not the worst sub I have ever had it fell into the top three.
Needless to say I won't be returning.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the Philly Steak sandwich and fries. Everyone that works there was so pleasant and friendly. They made our lunch enjoyable! We appreciated the free cookie that was delicious and warm!

Great food, good service. The sandwiches could be cut better because you always have to get one of the dumb plastic knives to cut it more but the food makes up for it.

We go here weekly. They are always awesome. Just please make fries crispy when we ask for them crispy.
That's the only thing that isn't always perfect!

The restaurant is currently in its peak hours, the dinner rush is coming in, the staff is buzzing around and Joe is polite and courteous as always. (Genuine interactions in the heat of a rush)
The staff is always inviting and the food is consistently great.

Place has some of the best vibes! The Italian sun and fries are some the best I've ever had in my life. Thank you Penn Station for being so darn tasty and the crew on 6/3/25 tuesday night is fantastic!

I gotta tell ya I had a great time getting food today I been coming to this store for a while but that new cashier funny guy he made ordering so enjoyable and the food was great but that guy will definitely why I'll be coming back thank you for the luaghs
Ordered two sandwiches to go. After a long time we were told my sandwich was given to someone else so we had to wait. After another 5-10 minutes, we found out they didn't make the second sandwich until we checked the bag before we left so we had to wait even longer. If the food was good I wouldn't have minded but the bread was soggy and the fries were honestly the worst I've had in a long time from a restaurant. They gave us a few coupons for a small sandwich but I doubt we'll use them at this location, hopefully this isn't normal across all locations
Garrett was EXCELLENT!... The little brown girl, Emily, was Rude af tho. She only tried to be kind when she overheard me asking Garrett if he had to share HIS Tips Lol. Thanx Garrett!... My sandwich was ChefsKiss💯
Everyone rocks at this place
I love Penn Station but the Fairlawn location is pretty chintzy with their sandwich fillings. I go to two Canton locations and they both make a very good sandwich. Just wonder why all Penn stations aren't consistent as you would expect from a corporate franchise. Employees were friendly
