I won’t be renewing my membership with sams club. The lack of service and the lack of staff is unacceptable. 30 minutes in line just to check out is unacceptable. All because the individual running the frontend cant be bothered to jump on a register and help out and the one individual that is on register is slower then a snail.

Found everything I wanted except a few items. I rated Sam's Club 5 star excellent place to shop EXCEPT l don't like their bill paying system. Use to be you would go to Returns and wait in a short line and pay your bill. Quick and easy.Now l can't imagine why but you have to pay at checkout. Whose ever idea that was should rethink it.I came in the store, looked over at Returns and there was one person in line. I went and did my shopping and waited for several people to check out. With all that was going on at check out l forgot to pay my bill. This wasn't the first time and I've talked to others that have done thesame thing. I would think management would like to process customers out as quick and convenient as possible. Change it back to the way it was or give me a good reason why you don't.What are you thinking ?

Sams Tire Dept zero customer service and zero care. In trying to call to get in to get tire fixed hung up on. Could not get thru at 130pm. Wife drove to store made 5 Apt. I did not make it because tire flat. Had to change tire because repair service took hour to get there. Arrived 530 and even though no cars in service bay 3 o’clock apt next day. They were bothered that I was there. Fair warning they have no desire to work.

I went into Sam’s Club with my two children today, March 18, and was approached by the tech salesman almost immediately upon walking in. He wanted to tell me about a deal for Sam’s Club members, I waved him off and said “no thank you,” and he continued to follow me, saying “it’ll only take 10 seconds...” and I had to repeat myself several times saying that I’m not interested.

the store is nice and grest customer service. their credit card is awful. i was at one point learning how to use my new cell phone and started to click on links in my spam folder and someone stole my information and resulted in me losing thousands of dollars some of it on their credit card. I am in an awful place because I'm disabled and can't pay anything but the minimum due each month. the bank they use is a full fledged loan shark who preys upon the disabled.

The store is nice. The selection is good, but they a justenergy provider in there getting people to change providers. He was aggressive too aggressive, he promised a sams giftcard if I change. I did not receive the giftcard. Sams Club should not have salespeople like him in their store with promotions representing them when they have no intention of following through. Justenergy rips people off to get their sales. That is bad customer service.
