Store had ran out of tuna and Jordan, store manager, had no problem quickly making more. He was very polite, easy to talk to and even suggested what cheese topping I should try. I did, and the sandwich was very good. Thanks Jordan.

The Subway near Acme is terrible. I ordered a tuna sub and got shredded beef. The servers were not friendly . I won’t go back there. I paid $9.00 for a 6-inch and chips. Poor value for the money.

If you are ordering online to be able to quickly pick it up, don’t use this location as they will only get your sandwiches ready when you are in the building .

When I was trying to order the young employee was very disrespectful by looking at his phone for the entirety of my order. He couldn’t remember what I said my order was since he was on his phone. I had to repeat myself multiple times and wait for the employee to get off the phone before I could say anything else. The entire time he was making my order he was on his phone.

Hair! We got to the Nature Realm to eat our sandwich and 3 bites in found an extremely long hair! Obviously couldn't eat any more. Ruined lunch. The kid working was awesome.

I placed an order on the app for delivery with the bogo sale. I got an error message that the order could not be placed and it didn’t show up in the order history. So I tried placing another order and the same thing happened. I didn’t get a confirmation number, email or text for either order but I was charged for both of them. I’ve tried calling this store 12 times and no one will answer. Horrible horrendous customer service and I’ll never order from here again. Now I’m still hungry and out over $40.

Was told all employees were on break. That I would have to wait 15 minutes till she got off break to order our food. I waited 30 minutes and watched them turn away customer after customer. Then when I asked how much longer till we can order I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend this location.

Subway your way. That's been the motto of all subways. But not this one. I tried to get a simple custom roast beef and ham made. Woman running the place refused to let the worker make it, said they don't do "subway your way" there. I ended up going to a subway near me and got my sandwich made. Never going to try getting a sandwich from this place ever again. Permanently blacklisted this particular restaurant. Tried telling their corporate office, but apparently this manager has a buddy there that is defending her. So they get this one star review instead. If you want subway your way, go anywhere else except this particular restaurant. Horrible service.

Employee just threw the toppings on the sandwich. Most sloppy sub I've ever received from a subway. Drenched my friends sub with mustard. Bread was burnt, cookies were hard. Over all very poor experience. Also it seemed to me there was only one person working. You're in a walmart. You're a bit busier to have just one employee up there. Do better.

This is a one star at best. The old lady that works the counter is extremely rude! She doesn’t want to be bothered and will get to you when she gets to you. Hey, old lady, if the job is too much for you then find a new one! This place would do more business if they had better employees.

When arriving I notice a worker older women,short hair, thin. I saw that she was on the phone so I stood there and waited for her. Not once did she acknowledge me. Say give me a second,I'll be with you. After waiting about 10 minutes I said excuse me. Keep in mind I'm on my lunch break. She still didn't respond and then placed her finger over her ear and still didn't look at me or in my direction. Which this is very rude and disrespectful. After waiting another 10mins I left. I will never buy anything or support this subways business. Especially if she is a worker there. She either if she is not happy with what she does needs to quit or be let go.

Excellent fresh lunchtime fare. Note that many of the other reviews are 3 and 4 years old. The new owners have made many changes and updated the store.Just last week they participated in the kids Shop with a Cop program and provided 130 lunches. Well done! ?
