Place was excellent I ordered through grubhub and the food was piping hot and fresh.. I'm here on business and wish there was a location in Virginia, the Philly and Bacon chicken ranch was amazing

I absolutely love cheese steaks I have been to Philly multiple times it's kinda hard to replicate but this this is not to bad bit more seasoning on the the meat and y'all will have it

I’ve never been here but I’ve driven past this place a lot in the past. One could say I’m a cheesesteak connoisseur and I’m really just a big foodie and I’m a very critical person about food. I will say this place definitely checked out. The vibe check: I went in there and it was all good vibes, the music wasn’t loud and over cumbersome, the cashier/cook was polite and kind and seemed like he was ready to rock when I walked in. The order was quick and straight to the point and it didn’t break the bank or hurt my wallet well, it was really nice. Is their partnered with this cake place and I ended up getting some lemon squares which also was really good to go along with getting my cheesesteak which was loaded up hot and fresh and the cheese was perfect with a side of vacant and cheese fries it was really good. I will say only caveat I have is I wish the gentleman would’ve asked me if I was getting a drink with my order. I had to stop on the way home and pick up a polar pop because I forgot to get a drink because I was very hungry and in the moment, looking for the best experience with food after I just left Charles, which had a 45 to an hour wait because I was really craving cheesesteaks. I decided to check this place out and it was totally worth it. I was in the store for maybe about 15 minutes.

Never eat here. I ordered from here on may 7th the chicken bacon and ranch sub look sloppy and tasted bad. I almost gagged. The fries of the load are fries was raw

Got an original plus onions and mushrooms. The beef is chopped into a hamburger consistency and the cheese and veg mixed in. It was put into a bun and the generosity of the serving was the problem. The bread isn't robust enough to hold together. I'd recommend eating it at a table.
As for taste, it is a lot like Mr. Hero's Original Hot Buttered Cheese Steak BTE {extra filling) which suits me just fine. But the Mr. Hero is more structurally stable and makes for a better eating experience.
I'm not a fan of sloppy sandwiches. What's the point? If you need to eat it at a table with a fork and knife, it is not a sandwich. Just serve it open-faced.
The nice cook was awfully kind and engaging. The place was as clean as a whistle. The ingredients were all good.
This is a me thing. You won't get a bad cheese steak here, just a messy one.
Next time I think I will ask them to wrap the halves separately and in double white deli sandwich paper. It that handles the problem, then I know how to order better and will up the rating.

I hate to leave a bad review for any small or local business but we had a very horrible experience with this place .I wish I would have read some of the bad reviews before I went there. Pay attention to the prices . First of all $12 dollars for a burger with 0 fries $ says $10 up on the main screen.(Hubby) I ordered a spicy chicken Philly and have been sick since we got home. They still have Christmas decorations up
So that tells me they're pretty lazy. I like to support local but don't want ppl to go through what I went through today.

Tried this place for the second time and same results !!!!!

1. Store dirty dark and GROSS!!!!
2. Worker looked like he hasn’t showered in months and was super loud and obnoxious
3.worse the WORSE “ Philly steak” I’ve ever had ! This place is more concerned about growing and opening up more places then having good quality food and competing with other places

I went here for lunch a couple of times now and the food was always hot, fresh, and delicious. The $10 lunch deal is very generous with the portions and you can choose any sandwich on the menu. You can also order the sandwiches as wraps or bowls which is nice. The original cheesesteak rivals any of those I’ve had from other cheesesteak places. I also had the spicy cheesesteak which isn’t super spicy but it is tasty.

The place is clean and the employees are always nice and my food is always ready when I arrive.

What else could one want in a restaurant?

Highly recommend this place! The chef, Ronnie, is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing behind that grill! Everything I’ve tried off the menu is so delicious. Burgers are cooked how you prefer (medium, well, rare, etc). My favorite has to be the chicken teriyaki and the whizzy or loaded tots. Highly recommend the tots! Ronnie was by himself for a while but always did a fantastic job getting orders out efficiently, and with a smile on his face. The last time I was in there, he had a sweet, friendly girl working with him. She was very patient and very friendly. They were very busy while I was there and they did such an amazing job working together and knocking several orders out within a decent time. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back as long as Ronnie is there cooking!

Dietary restrictions: You’re able to order no bread and have the “sandwich” put in a bowl or wheat wrap. There’s also a vegetarian options such as the cauliflower original
