The Original Steaks and Hoagies - Fairlawn

I hate to leave a bad review for any small or local business but we had a very horrible experience with this place .I wish I would have read some of the bad reviews before I went there. Pay attention to the prices . First of all $12 dollars for a burger with 0 fries $ says $10 up on the main screen.(Hubby) I ordered a spicy chicken Philly and have been sick since we got home. They still have Christmas decorations up
So that tells me they're pretty lazy. I like to support local but don't want ppl to go through what I went through today.

Tried this place for the second time and same results !!!!!

1. Store dirty dark and GROSS!!!!
2. Worker looked like he hasn’t showered in months and was super loud and obnoxious
3.worse the WORSE “ Philly steak” I’ve ever had ! This place is more concerned about growing and opening up more places then having good quality food and competing with other places

penn station 100% BETTER !!!!!! Oh and any other place that sells Philly steaks

I went here for lunch a couple of times now and the food was always hot, fresh, and delicious. The $10 lunch deal is very generous with the portions and you can choose any sandwich on the menu. You can also order the sandwiches as wraps or bowls which is nice. The original cheesesteak rivals any of those I’ve had from other cheesesteak places. I also had the spicy cheesesteak which isn’t super spicy but it is tasty.

The place is clean and the employees are always nice and my food is always ready when I arrive.

What else could one want in a restaurant?

Highly recommend this place! The chef, Ronnie, is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing behind that grill! Everything I’ve tried off the menu is so delicious. Burgers are cooked how you prefer (medium, well, rare, etc). My favorite has to be the chicken teriyaki and the whizzy or loaded tots. Highly recommend the tots! Ronnie was by himself for a while but always did a fantastic job getting orders out efficiently, and with a smile on his face. The last time I was in there, he had a sweet, friendly girl working with him. She was very patient and very friendly. They were very busy while I was there and they did such an amazing job working together and knocking several orders out within a decent time. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back as long as Ronnie is there cooking!

Dietary restrictions: You’re able to order no bread and have the “sandwich” put in a bowl or wheat wrap. There’s also a vegetarian options such as the cauliflower original

Super nice workers and delicious food. Probably top 5 chicken and bacon sandwiches i’ve ever had. Not to mention great music and i love the design and vibe of the whole place.

Website did not notify that they were closed on a “special catering event”. It allowed me to order and select a pick-up time. When I arrived the doors were locked and a singular paper on the door said they were gone for the day for this “event”. This was a waste of $50 and a 30 minute drive. I recommend for other customers to call in advance to this restaurant before purchasing any items, however their inbox is full and no real way of contacting the management of the restaurant.

God damn this is some good food. My man knows what he's doing back there. I ordered the hangover and loaded fries. The fries with bacon are freaking phenomenal, with a great balance of cheese. They aren't drowning in anything, and every bite has a good ratio. The hangover? Darn near the closest thing, I've had a to huevo con chorizo on a bun in my life. The only drawback is that the only way that's helping you with a hangover is by putting you back to bed to sleep it off. So good, and the portions are so generous. You're gonna need to go into a food comma after. Got it for lunch, and now I've got to try and finish out my work day? Man, I just want to take my happy food nap! Highly recommend, for a real a philly style cheesesteak.

Hands down the best Philly I’ve ever had! My family of 6 enjoyed it to the max and will absolutely be back when we’re in town

Stayed in town for the football tourny and ate dinner here. Food was GREAT! The cheesesteaks are top notch! There's a little wait for food so I reccommend calling ahead. It was one dude ROCKING the grill. Despite being one man he did everything! He was efficient, Accurate and friendly! HIGHLY reccommend eating here! I feel bad as I have adhd and cant remember if his name was Robbie or Ronnie working but because of him.I'll DEF be back everytime I'm thru town! PS the fried pickles were especially ???
