We went to the brew u sports pub 8/17/2024 when we received the bill it automatically had 20% gratuity added. There were two of us. When I asked the waitress about the charge she said they automatically add 20% to bills over $50.00 is this even legal? I spoke to someone on there Facebook page and they told me it’s a pre authorization and will be refunded???? I love this place I let was fun fun
The employees are the most amazing there is. The music is great and they cater to your every need. Highly recommend
