I love Captain D's food but the constant personnel changes and sometimes bad service makes it hard to go as often as I'd like to. So slow and not very remorseful about it.
My sister wanted to try there seafood platter . So we googled the closest Captain D's location to us went there and it did not disappoint everything was perfect and the staff was amazing.
A major shout out to Samantha!! I had a complaint that was more geared towards a company issue, and in sending a complaint, that I thought was going to the owner, was sent directly to the Tiffin Ave Captain D’s. Upon reading my complaint, the manager Samantha, called me directly to address my concerns and went above and beyond to rectify it.
