Findlay Tim Hortons deserves praise!!!!
I stopped by Tim Horton’s yesterday to pick up a bagel and coffee. I paid with a $20 and change and should have received &15 back, but I got distracted and drove off without my change.
The drive thru staff immediately took that money to the manager and stated they didn’t think it was intended as a tip and set it aside. When I stopped in today they had it in an envelope in the office waiting for me!

The employees are very kind and the drinks are delicious, but the steamer for hot lattes seems to be broken half the time. So, if regular coffee or iced drinks are you thing, it's great. But if you want a hot latte, more often than not you will have to go elsewhere. Also, don't place a hot latte order on the app because if the machine is down, you will likely be waiting a couple weeks to get that latte
I go there a lot and I have never had any problems with food or Services. They are always so friendly
