Tim Hortons was good. I didn't get any food, but I got a hot chocolate. My only complaint is they put all the whipping cream at the top of my lid so I had to scape it off.

The young man who was working there was disrespectful , rude and argued with me about the drink I ordered ! I didn't get what I asked for , he was also disrespectful to other customers and staff . I will not be buying anything from them ever again .

On 11/8/23 I was at the Tim Hortons on Tiffin Ave Findlay, sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and extra 5 waiting at the speaker to take my order: my total was 10.36 ok sat at the window for another 5 mins before getting assistance. After getting my order came to work[I was late to work] opened my bag and I did not get what I ordered egg cheese sausage biscuit. In the bag was a plain bagel. Called that facility at 805a spoke with the manager she took my name and said she would give me my order when I came back in... 11/9/23 showed up at 715a walked in tried to get my sandwich and I was told that by the manager whom I talked with yesterday said she didn't know anything about it. Mind you there were people in the store so I said I will never come back here and I will be calling the owners and put in a complaint.

Not a big fan except for the tim bits but my daughter's worked here for a very good amount of time now.Her and the other young ladies are very polite and friendly and make it a nice place to stop in for a coffee or snack.

We went in to order an iced latte and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. There were two in the display case. After being told 4 times we will be right with you we ordered the doughnuts. The guy at the counter went to the side and said that they were out and couldn't sell us the ones in the case because the district manager was coming for an audit and he would get in trouble for selling the doughnuts. We then asked for the timbits in chocolate glazed and he said they only have 3 they can sell and the ones in the case are for the audit. So if you want doughnuts from this location you may need to call and ask if they are having an audit and if so try again tomorrow. We went to Dunkin across town that actually sells doughnuts in their cases.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! My sister in law works here and she’s worked at the other Tim’s in Findlay. She told me they hate cops and spit into the cops coffee before giving it to them. She physically watched it happen several times.You don’t have to like cops/law enforcement but how disgusting do you have to be to spit in someone’s food/drinks. You all are what’s wrong with this world.

I can I tell you the truth you guys were my only option to eat today and I wasn't thrilled about it I've never had lunch here before but I didn't want a cold sandwich with chips. But like I said only option. Your staff is incredibly nice. The sandwich was beautifully put together and delicious and the chips are very good as well. I tried to leave a survey but it doesn't seem like I can get through without difficulty on the website lol so if you would like me to leave a great survey for you please message me the link and I'll be happy to fill one out. The kid helping was very even if he did seem either not awake or just out of it, but friendly nonetheless.He was helpful in getting my my two 20 packs of Timbits together. Where things go down hill is when I placed a second order for two avocado toasts & two hash browns. I get to the ball field to find that neither of my toasts has ANY Everything Bagel Seasoning like they’re supposed to and the bread is soggy from the avocado spread meaning that it was barely toasted. If you’re going to offer Avocado TOAST make sure you’re serving TOAST and not SOGGY BREAD!
