“We love Cheddars going out of our way to find them when we travel
After waiting for over 45 minutes my wife's salad came out and it was fine
My shrimp dinner came out cold,not even warm to the touch
Asked for the manager and was pleased with his handling of the situation
Apologized for the wait and explained that he made a judgement call to release some staff as he had been a very quiet lunch, only to have a busy late lunch happening. 3pm
Comped both of our meals which we explained that we weren't looking for
Asked that we take the dinner and try to microwave it as a snack later
Dam it was good
His handling of the situation was more than expected but certainly up to the exceptional customer service we have received at other locations“

“Bob Evans don't get me wrong my last few times food warm coffee too I like my stuff hot. Service was good waitress always friendly we had. Busy but needs improvements on temp of items. Like to see more sweets avail too thought they'd have that but didnt. Kinda pricy so if I got pay I'd love hot food too. Wouldn't said nada but it's been few times same one now.

These ladies deserve a gold medal.
Between the waitress and some guys also jumped in to help.
