Had a bad experience here at the restaurant. Contacted corporate in order to get a refund. Emailed several times. Sent pics too. They responded once asking for information then ghosted me after I sent it.
Was a bad visit. It happens. Corporate chose to ignore the issue. That's truly telling.
I cannot believe anybody who works in the food industry could possibly serve the biscuits I just bought at your KFC. I'm almost scared to eat the rest of the food, due to the obvious lack of care for the food served.
it would be impossible for any human being to eat these rock hard biscuits.
I live a block away and will not be returning.
