Drive thru was very polite and went above and beyond in service.
We just left, we tried to order our food and they would only take half the order, then told us to pull up to the window. When we tried to finish our order, they still didn't take it and told us to pull up to the window again.
It was freshly cooked amazing taste and the order was correct and fast with a friendly smile

The staff is sympathetic and went above and beyond to make up for a mistake at another location. Kids can also enjoy various food options. The potatoes are hot, and the biscuits are not hard.
This KFC is one of the best in the northern Ohio region. They always provide great service, and the chicken pieces are pretty big compared to other stores. The staff is friendly, and one young lady even recognized a regular customer. The coleslaw is also praised as being delicious.
