The employees were very rude! I asked for a remake of my drink because I didn’t like it the first time but they ended up messing it up again after even getting a different order than the first drink and you can tell they were annoyed by it. I then told them that it was incorrect again and not made right; I would know because I worked at Starbucks for a few years and they were just making it wrong altogether. In my final attempt at addressing the issues with the drink they of course made it wrong again and handed to me very aggressively! I just took it with a grain of salt and left to not further upset them!

They never put enough cold foam on top even when I pay extra for extra they give me a “normal” amount. Dunkin is better than this location

I ordered a Trenta Strawberry acai refresher. I got to the window and was handed a grande cup of acai water, a venti cup of acai water, and a grande cup half filled with freeze dried strawberries. No raspberry syrup was added or anything according to my order. Frankly, ifI have to make my own when I order from the store,I might as well make my own at home!
