I don't shop Starbucks but this makes you appreciate the small things. They used sign language yesterday because my voice is gone an it may seem small but those small acts of kindness is what gives me hope
Went through the drive through and ordered a drink that was suggested to me on tiktok. They were very patient with me and made my coffee just how I said they also upsized because they liked my choice. Very friendly service and the drink was delicious.
Riley is AMAZING!!!! Every morning I come through the drive through She always make sure my drink is extra extra hot like I always order it. She is so amazing. this little lady should be the manager of a Starbucks. She absolutely goes above and beyond for her customers.
