“As I posted on my wife's page we couldn't get upset about this incident. Mandi and Brody were genuinely very upset about what happened. We all encouraged our waitress to not let this ruin her evening. We will choose the Findlay store next time. They both showed us that it's more than just a job, it's about the customer.
