Swan House is a true Findlay gem! The owner helped me schedule a surprise Proper Tea birthday celebration, and all the guests loved the experience and food. I recently visited for lunch for the first time and was impressed with the portion size and menu selections. The staff is always kind and accommodating. I am already planning a visit in April with friends!
Just had lunch here the other day and the food was delicious and good portions for such a low price. The staff was all very friendly and the service was wonderful. The inside has undergone a lot of updates that are just stunning and make me wish I could sit and sip on tea all day long! I have also been for proper tea a couple of times and it is always such a delightful experience. Love this place! Highly recommend

This is such a fun and sweet little gem of a place in Findlay! My daughter and I have enjoyed High Tea a few times in the last year, and we greatly enjoyed the tea and the food! The tea is always hot, and the food tiers are tasty and unique! I always recommend the tea house to anyone looking for somewhere to connect over a lovely lunch and tea!
