Ordered on app. Told to park. Sat close to 10 minutes. Frys cold as heck. At the amount of time it took to get it I didn't have time to turn around and go back to wait. By then my burger would of been cold. No more. Just won't go back to this one

Good was as expected, service was a bit slow but the counter person was excellent, even going so far as to check with customers to make sure everything was ok. He also interacted well with some special needs customers, making them feel welcome - very good to see!

They don’t clean here, they lack the most basic cleaning requirements given, some employees don’t even wear gloves even some managers who aren’t even supposed to be on the table touch fresh food without gloves. The lack of hand washing is ridiculous. Don’t get me started on them dishes?

Absolutely disgusting, if I could give 0 stars I would!!! 2:20pm on January 20th, 2024. This is the men's bathroom, the women's was just as bad. Both had no toilet paper, zilch, zero, nada! There was pee in front of the toilet. I will never understand how men miss the toilet like that, but I digress. I would never trust this place to make my food. Definitely going to need to wash my shoes. Pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Do not go to Tiffin Ave location in Findlay Ohio. Staff is always hanging around outside, this location is always out of ingredients, super slow service, cold food, wrong orders, sometimes they close early. Do Not go to this Wendy's.

This is ridiculous.We ordered through the app. There's no mobile order area by the counter so I got in line to show I already ordered. After I showed them, people that ordered AFTER my spot got their orders first!Edit:Got my order.They took care of me giving me extra extra grub. It does taste better than other Wendy's. Maybe in my mind or because I'm hungry lolI get it's a holiday and people are ordering out a lot. They should prepare for this.The guy at the counter was nice but he should be on top as the others came in beforehand.Parking: There's enough room and a drive through.

Dwayne, I believe the manager, piss poor one at that! Should not be in charge of anything especially if young teens are involved! Constantly yelling and cursing at the kids.. with all that you’d expect the food and service to be at least OK!.. but it’s not.. it’s a universal rule in Findlay, you don’t go to tiffin Wendy’s. You just don’t.

The slowest worst service out of any fast food restaurant in Findlay. It's bad enough to stand there for 20 minutes waiting for some food, but then to have to listen to the entire staff talk crap the whole time you're waiting is ridiculous. Pretty sure some of the comments came from the "manager", that should be fired immediately. It's a shame cuz the food is not that bad, but not worth dealing with the indifferent condescending employees. They might as well just close the dining room because they don't care about anybody that walks in the door. Two guests walked out after at least 5 minutes of being ignored, because the employee that was supposed to be working the counter was standing in the back watching someone else make a sandwich, and couldn't be bothered to take their order. I don't understand how a franchise restaurant can be so poorly run for so many years. I'm surprised they even have two star rating I'd give zero if it would let you.

Very upsetting owner may not realize he's upsetting a lot of seniors but your the only Wendy's I've gone to where seniors don't get a free senior drink. You might want to rethink what your doing I've got 18 years of restaurant management and I know a lot of my business was from seniors. Do what you want to do if you want to lose business
