This is ridiculous.We ordered through the app. There's no mobile order area by the counter so I got in line to show I already ordered. After I showed them, people that ordered AFTER my spot got their orders first!Edit:Got my order.They took care of me giving me extra extra grub. It does taste better than other Wendy's. Very upsetting owner may not realize he's upsetting a lot of seniors but your the only Wendy's I've gone to where seniors don't get a free senior drink. You might want to rethink what your doing I've got 18 years of restaurant management and I know a lot of my business was from seniors. Do what you want to do if you want to lose business

Good was as expected, service was a bit slow but the counter person was excellent, even going so far as to check with customers to make sure everything was ok. He also interacted well with some special needs customers, making them feel welcome - very good to see!
