Food was very good my double was cook well and the fries were on point!
My experience today at Wendy's on Tiffin Ave. Findlay, OH, I was over charged for a extra Meal I didn't order, the service was awfully Slow, The Food didn't taste Fresh at all, the Food wasn't even Warm nor Hot, the Fries were most definitely Old, this Store needs to do a lot better and fix a lot of things. Hopefully they can improve.
There was a dead bug on my sandwich good thing I always check my sandwich before I eat them absolutely disgusting and the guy was giving me dirty looks when I walked in like I wasn't supposed to order food I wouldn't be surprised if he did that

At Wendy's, the food is generally good, though the service can be a bit slow at times. The staff is typically excellent and accommodating, but there have been some issues, such as not receiving an order of chicken nuggets, which can be disappointing for customers. The restaurant's policy regarding free senior drinks may need to be reconsidered to avoid upsetting senior customers.
Unfortunately, some recent customers have had less than satisfactory experiences. One customer ordered a Son of Baconator, but the burger was completely cold in the middle, which was very disappointing. Another customer had a dry and hard chicken sandwich that was tough to chew. However, their daughter was happy with her Frosty and chicken nuggets.
Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a popular choice, with one customer ordering five Biggie Bags. While the food was fine, the customer noted that the staff member who waited on them was not very friendly, with no greeting or thank you.
Overall, Wendy's provides a generally good dining experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of service and consistency to ensure all customers leave satisfied.
