“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! “Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“I ordered a double burger and fries and it was amazing! Like that good, greasy, scrumptious kind of amazing! I haven’t been back for months. I was working nearby and decided to grab a burger again- double with fries and took it back to work. The fries were not good. Kinda stale. Tasted like they were reheated and the burger bun was hard as a rock. Felt more like a hockey puck than a bun. My first experience was good, my second, not so good. It’s hit or miss for me.“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

Parking: the parking is pretty tight but there is a car wash not even like one feet over from Lee's Chicken you can park over there and just walk over“
