Ordered kraut balls….I should have made my own …these were bad clearly they add some sort of filler they were doughy with little to no kraut in them, they USE to be good this is a hot mess I wasted my money on this one!!!…nobody greeted me lady looked me in my face and went on doing what she was doing(nothing) finally the cook asked if i ordered the kraut balls…and made the excuse, she will be right with you…the other lady looked at me and turned her head as well….if...read full review

Kohler's 818 Club is a nostalgic and popular spot with locals and alumni. The restaurant is clean, and service is great with friendly staff who are spot on with orders. The food is terrific, very good, and fresh. Specific meals include the California club, the 818 sub, shrimp Alfredo fettuccine w/cole slaw, 818 club salad, kraut balls, and prime rib dinner. They are known for their "Fishbowl's" of beer and frosty mugs. The place can feel kind of cramped, with tables a little too close, and needs updating. Some have noticed a smell of "grease" recently. Despite this, it is a great place to eat or have drinks at the bar, with plenty of tables. The food is really good, and everyone has always been very friendly. It looks like it hasn’t changed much over the years.
