TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Dirty, disorganized and unreliable. Drove all the way to this Chipotle (other one off Broad St. didn’t have lettuce 🙄) ordered three bowls, pay, get home and only two are in the bag! Talk about beyond pissed off AND hungry!!!! Don’t go here! The service is terrible, the environment is dirty and not well
kept at all. This location doesn’t represent the Gahanna community well and should be shutdown ASAP!!!

I ordered delivery from Chipotle for the first time. Not only was my order incorrect (I was missing 4 items) but then when I had to then leave and go pick it up, they didn’t even remake it for me. I called in and spoke with someone from Chipotle and hey assured me that they would remake my 3 missing bowls and refund me. They didn’t do either. I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle to anyone. They don’t care about their customers. I’ll make sure to let everyone know.
