Seriously the best tacos I’ve ever had on a food truck, maybe even some of the best I’ve had, period! The steak was cooked perfectly and so flavorful, and every ingredient tasted so fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced for the portion and quality ingredients I got. I hope to catch this truck again in the near future cause there’s more I’m dying to try! 😍
This is by far my favorite taco truck! The meat is seasoned beautifully, the red hot sauce is HOT, and delicious, and the Loaded Nacho Ice cream... 👀 Let me just say, I eat that before my tacos EVERY time because I'm ALWAYS making room for it! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience every time!!

Based on the reviews, Machete Tacos is an amazing food truck with delicious food and drink. It is family-owned, and the people are very nice and kind. The service is fast. There is outside seating with a picnic table. The food is always filling with great portions. The Birria Ramen was very delicious, with a rich, thick broth and tender meat chunks. It comes with plenty of onion and cilantro. The elote cup was good, though the cheese had a grated texture. The steak tacos are amazing, stuffed with steak and even grilled onions. The hot sauce is amazing. The barbacoa gordita, and the shrimp, chicken, and steak tacos are all loved. The asada torta is very good and HUGE, and the burrito is big and filling. Everything is reasonably priced for the portion and quality. The Birria tacos and ramen are so good. The ordinary are ridiculously good. Every single dish is top notch.
