“Most drink order I get is incorrect. I ask for BLONDE Americana but it comes back Regular when the person taking my order is not paying attention, even when they ask me 5 times if I want blonde or regular. They are regularly distracted talking/texting on their phone (via speaker) or chatting with coworkers while taking orders. I have to taste test it before I leave because I don't trust what I will get. Many 5imes I need it remade and I get side-eye or mumble under breath.
Parking: Service is slow and irregular bc usually not enough staff and they seem to have a lousy attitude compared to a stand-alone location. They always seem distracted and my order is usually wrong and has to be remade.“
“This Starbucks is consistently good. Big shout out to Ryun in the drive thru. He is so polite, very friendly, yet professional and his accuracy for orders is on point. I truly believe he cares about his job and the people he serves. It makes me wish I could hire him in my line of business! Way to go Starbucks and Ryun for hitting it out of the park!“
