Most drink order I get is incorrect. I ask for BLONDE Americana but it comes back Regular when the person taking my order is not paying attention, even when they ask me 5 times if I want blonde or regular. They are regularly distracted talking/texting on their phone (via speaker) or chatting with coworkers while taking orders.
