This place just can't get it right. Every time I order here it's a new bad experience. Almost always manage to get the order wrong. If the orders right it's poorly made. I got two broken Cheesey Gordita Crunches one time that were barely wrapped and falling out into the bag. Did an online order today, for pick up in the lobby. Lobby is closed. They must be hurting for staff because I spent at least 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting while my order was already done and ready....read full review
Stood at the counter at 630 pm for over 7 mintues and not a single person said a word to me. There was nobody in front of me. I know I was seen, and even heard them say someone was up front. And they still ignored me. I had already ordered on the app and still could get no assistance. Terrible customer service.

The drive thru line always takes SO long. This time I waited in line for over 30 min. I only waited because I had an online order that I couldn’t cancel. It’s the slowest Taco Bell drive thru I’ve ever been
