The food was very fresh and tasty. We had incredible service from a waitress named Kensi. She was very attentive to us, especially with our refills and delivered incredible service.
The hostess Emily seated us very quickly and the waitress Jody was spot on with the food we ordered,was served in a timely manner. The manager Stephanie was very courteous and polite when checking on us when our food was delivered to be sure it was good and correct order.
I’ve always had really good food from Bob Evans Gallipolis. I was there yesterday around noon and the hostess seemed way off. I couldn’t tell if she was having a bad day or what, but we would’ve never been seated if it wasn’t for one of the waitresses, Stacy. She wasn’t seating anyone, despite a half-empty dining room. Instead, she walked outside to vape. She also never spoke to me at checkout. I said thank you after paying and she gave no response. It was disheartening...
