Staff has a lot to learn about customer service and the value of a dollar. The app helps save money but only if you order online...there are options that are available in store that are not available online and it can get confusing. The teenage staff os little to no help at all...I think I ended up paying more using the app than without. Also, when you buy a large fry you want a large fresh and hot dry.. .not at this Wendy's. Here you get a medium fry served cold in a large box...read full review
