This restaurant has good food…HOWEVER!!!! The food comes out lukewarm at best. The plates are SCORCHING HOT, very unsafe. Service used to be very on par but has become slower. Staff is very very friendly though. Beware: they charge a 3% credit card fee.
I would recommend this restaurant but would say…I wish they would go back to the way they served the first month they were open.
Toro is our absolute favorite. Our whole family eats there regularly. The staff is always so friendly and our orders are always right. We also really enjoy the added drive-thru for the nights we want take out. Highly recommend Toro!
Friendly staff, great portions and prices. Hands down the best Mexican experience in Mason, Jackson, WV, and Gallia county. Just tried this place about a month ago and very thankful I did.
