I recently ordered Crumbl Cookies for the entire faculty and staff at CAEC PreK-12, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I reached out, Misha at Crumbl became the perfect outsourced partner. She took the time to explain all the various dessert options and, in a thoughtful touch, took it upon herself to choose a diverse selection of cookies to cater to everyone’s tastes.

The cookies were not only a hit—they were an absolute standout! The quality was exceptional, with each cookie fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you like classic chocolate chip or something a bit more adventurous, Crumbl had the perfect option for everyone.

“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“Simply but beautifully decorated. I liked the window into the back of the bakery where you could see bannetons galore! Unique selection of pastries and breads, and the presentation made it easy to choose what we wanted. Superb lamination and flavor. Highly recommend!“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

“Stopped in here to try the Dubai chocolate bar. Theirs is so good! People working are very nice and as helpful as they can be. Baklava is some of the best I’ve ever had and it’s reasonably priced. They had so many different baklava and other things I don’t even know what to call. But they’re all incredible.“

Free refills on drinks and coffees is so nice . Decent Wi-Fi and a overall relaxed quiet environment . I love all their locations and have been going frequently since 2007 .“

The treats are wonderful here and they even sell other items that are not desserts such as chicken pot pies which are good too.

“Simple interior you order on a tablet and food is done. Fun clean space! FIRST PLACE I've seen anywhere in Ohio/Indiana region serving the trendy Korean Egg Sandwich, so had to try it! I've also never had a tea leaf egg and gave it a go. Both were great, that egg sandwich is AMAZING with a thick slab of creamy perfect egg, great toasted bread.“

“Absolutely love Great Harvest. All of the bread/bakery options we have tried have been delicious. Our go to is the Honey Whole Wheat which I buy a couple of and freeze. Other favorites are the cinnamon chip and Challah. I love being able to purchase local fresh bread that doesn't have all the extra ingredients like grocery store bread!“

I wasn’t very specific with my request, all I said for the decoration suggestion was that it was a fall themed party so maybe some pumpkins and fall colors. If Stephanie was also the one who decorated the cake, I just want to say she did an amazing job! I was so impressed when I went to pick up the cake. It was absolutely adorable and I really feel they went above and beyond with the decoration, especially based on the minimal suggestion I gave. The price for the cake was reasonable and the decoration I got was no up charge. I was happily surprised by the detail they put into making her cake so cute and special!“

“Incredibly sweet owner with very tasty bread and cakes!!! Sometimes there's also doughnuts although she's not making them right now (the doughnut sticks are the best in the Hilltop!). The cookies are delicious, sometimes on the crunchy/chewy side but always tastes amazing and perfect with a cup of coffee or warm hot chocolate. You can also go in and make custom orders, as Terri makes adorable cakes (I've gotten cakes with wildflowers, ghosts, and Kirby so far)! I plan to come back and recommend them to all my friends.
