delivery driver taking people food home and not delivering it 🙄 WOW AND MANAGER SAYS O WELL SHE SAYS SHE DELIVERED IT BUT I NEVER GOT IT NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Had a mishap with my order tonight. Called and spoke with a very kind gentleman that apologized for the mistake and expedited our order. everything was hot and delicious and we're truly appreciative. great customer service truly makes all the difference.

Abysmal Service & Potential Health Hazard
This past weekend, I had the worst experience at Pizza Hut. Ordering was a struggle - the staff seemed disinterested and confused by the menu. After an extended wait, my pizza arrived and looked okay, but within a few hours, I was violently ill. Clearly, this was food poisoning.
