About Corkscrew Taphouse

Corkscrew Taphouse is a fantastic and interesting concept, a great addition to the wine trail. The drink wall is a great idea, allowing guests to use a bracelet to sample wine, beer, or ciders, with flight options available. The entire concept is very cool, with a fantastic wall of wines and beer. The inside seating and beautiful outdoor patios are very comfortable. The people working there are extremely friendly, helpful, and great educators, making the experience perfect. However, the food is inconsistent. The corkscrew fries are amazing and the best fries ever, and appetizers like beer cheese fries are a hit. But some entrees like the short rib, mahi, and Reuben can be overcooked, barely warm, or not very good. The policy of a $5 bracelet fee that is only refunded after standing in line to close out is very inconvenient. Despite some downsides, it is a nice, relaxing place that many plan to return to often.
