We stopped at the Red Burrito at the east bound plaza (Wyandot Travel Plaza), same location. Stopped on 11/17/18, approx 6 PM. One kid working the counter, no help. It was slow and painful. Took 20 minutes to order two burritos and a nachos. Only one person was in line ahead of us. The employee had to keep going to the kitchen to get food supplies and warm things up for service. Not his fault, poor management. quantities were large, second biggest grilled burrito I've had...
The most friendliest staff I have encountered in my 19 years of trucking on the road and at this particular taco joint this is the best bang for your buck out there. I tell you what Taco Bell could learn a thing or two from this setup I'm not sure but I think it's owned by Hardee's but boy this is a killer deal and the food was excellent. Taco Bell ain't got nothing on this deal
