Located on the Ohio turnpike in one of the service plazas. Great location with information center, restrooms and ample parking. It also has electric car chargers including Tesla chargers.Update: there is going to be a pizza joint and Starbucks open soon here. Construction is ongoing.
Really nice staff. There was a line and they serviced everyone quick. I was surprised that when my food came up- really quick, the young man with the pony tail gave it to me and asked if I needed ketsup or anything- I did, salt. Also, clean! This was welcomed surprise.Parking: Lots. Its a rest stop.

I ordered chicken on a biscuit and got only a biscuit. Then when I told them, they were rude about it. Like it was my fault. There was only one other customer in line and it wasn't busy. Do better. Be polite to the customers. The dining area needs cleaned. The tables are disgusting and sticky.
