“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

“Re. the Grandview location - Great food. But, building is just fair. It is freezing in there this time of year (late Fall/Winter). With the high ceilings, any heat never makes it to the patrons inside (please learn to use your ceiling fans to help with this). Also, having doors that open straight to the outside doesn't help. Each time they are opened, it is a blast of cold air for half the establishment.”

“I've been coming here for a long time and love to get artichokes, since they are so hard to find here. I had a steak for the first time on this visit and it's the best filet that I've had in years!”

Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.”
