“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

“I decided to put an online order tonight from Chipotle on 5th avenue in Grandview. When I went to pick up my food at 5:50p there was one employee working. I know this isn’t an idea situation but she was the kindest person. I am sure she was stressed out because she had to tell customers they couldn’t be served due to staffing. She deserves a promotion and some recognition for how professionally she handled the situation. My food was also delicious & made perfectly. Thank you for making my experience great.”

“This is the best restaurant I’ve tried in the Columbus area. I travel to Ohio for work every week, and I always make sure to stop at this beautiful restaurant because of the great service and amazing food.

I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and each dish is unique and incredibly delicious. I also can’t say enough about their fresh lemon mint drink — it’s absolutely refreshing and a must-try!

High Bank exceeded all expectations! We left with a full belly and A bottle of whiskey to remember them by. Food was incredible. Service was incredible. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind.
