“The best donuts in a very long time!! I wish I got the name of the young lady helping us but she humored me when I asked about chop suey donuts. Growing up, they were my dad’s favorite. I am always trying to find them for him. She asked what was in them. I wasn’t sure but cinnamon, raisins, nuts with a glaze. “Don't let the name fool you-- Daylight Donuts has some of the best pizza in Columbus! Everything is made from scratch and the crust is perfect. Definitely try the maklouba (crust on top and bottom) and add harissa if you like spicy food. My friends from Algeria all say the pizza here tastes just like home. “As usual, good doughnuts. Although later in the day they do not taste as fresh (makes sense). The atmosphere reflects back to the 1950's or so. The outside sign appears original. It is located at a busy intersection. Be careful when attempting to leave the parking lot. The decor leaves something to be desired. Yet the spot does its job... Offering a reasonably good product that makes the taste buds very happy!“

“This is best gluten free bakery I have ever been to. The crust on the quiche is flaky and the filling is delicate. The donuts don’t even taste gluten free. The staff is friendly, welcoming and kind. The vibe is relaxed. And bonus- the prices are reasonable.

“Hi, I came here a few days ago with my kids from karate and the 3 employees working at the time were so kind and welcoming to us, the store wasn’t busy that much so we got are donuts really quick. “Two days before my daughter’s birthday I came into the East market to check out this donut shop in hopes to order donuts for her party. Not only was I able to connect with the owner, but she was able to create a gold dusted set of donuts to celebrate my daughter’s golden birthday. “This is my first time trying mochi donuts so I can’t compare flavors to other places, but man are these satisfying to chew. This place had many good-looking flavors, all of which you can see in a display case hanging on the wall. You order on a pad, so you get zero interaction with the employees. The inside had a fun Japanese atmosphere and some fun seating options against the wall. The orders came out fairly quickly, but you could tell everything was made fresh because everything was warm and soft. They also have other things on the menu, like amazing fruit green teas. I believe they also have boba, but in these teas, they had chopped fruit in the bottom, which was delicious and refreshing. Their milk tea was very good too. The worst part about this place, which has nothing to do with the place, is the atrocious parking situation. There are so limited spots that people park on the side of the building with their hazards on. I was luckily able to find one behind the building near the dumpster. I definitely recommend trying this place.

“Sean and his sister Kelly were wonderful at helping myself and the customers who came in. They were prompt to greet myself and the other customer who came in, courteous, polite and were more than happy to help with our order. Five star customer service from them!
The treats are wonderful here and they even sell other items that are not desserts such as chicken pot pies which are good too.

This is my top choice of where to pick up desserts and treats when I need to go somewhere to get which is not very often“

“Went to the Coffee Festival just a week ago at the time of writing this review, Coffee Mess was one of the roasters that had their coffees available to sample. I sampled their Chami roast during the festival, and with it being a superb coffee compared to what other coffees I sampled, I purchased a bag o' beans from them. Absolutely had no regrets purchasing their coffee after further sampling most of the coffees available at the Coffee Festival––their Chami roast was definitely the top contender for me. Haven't been to their location yet at time of review since it's somewhat out of the way from where I live, but given the quality of the roast I've had so far (I can't overstate I really enjoy this blend, and I'm particular with my coffee), when I run out of the Chami roast I picked up at the festival I know I'm driving out of my way to location to pick up more. I brewed my coffee ground fine with a pour-over with a higher water temp of ~205ºF with it being a lighter roast, and the Chami roast itself has a great earthy flavor with a perfect balance of slight acidity, fruity-ness, minimal bitterness, and great mouthfeel. Highly recommend their coffee if the coffee I've purchased is indicative of their quality. Coffee bag had a little water staining, however the beans themselves are in perfect condition.“

“I had never ordered from here before. I ordered a blt and a bowl of chili with cheese and onions. The blt was ok (delivery probably just made it less fresh. It was fine). But the chili was AMAZING. I woke up thinking about that chili. I need to find a recipe close to it, because I would go broke trying to eat it every day.“

“Ordered online to be able to quickly grab and go. The inside was closed. We called to ask if we had to wait in the long line when we ordered online. There were atleast 20 cars ahead of us. We were told we had to wait in line because they can't open the door. They need a better process. It should be posted on the website that inside dining is closed along with even though you order online you have to wait in line.“
