It is cozy inside. We sat by the fireplace which was perfect for the cold day. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the pot pie and my mom had the salmon. We also enjoyed the cheese plate, which was great. The portions are enough to fill you up. We will definitely be back.
We met friends for a delicious casual dinner at the tavern and it was very delicious. Service was top notch and wine selection superb. They were out of our first selection but recommended something just as good but less expensive so we were very happy. I had French onion soup, half a fedora salad and the salmon entree all were perfect. My husband and friends enjoyed there meals as well!
I wouldn't recommend the rosotto based on my friend's remarks. The 8 oz filet was phenomenal. We went on New Years Eve, and it was busy, but still some empty tables, and our meals took a very long time to arrive.
