“Went to eat Dinner ordered the new Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries. When delivered the Burger was great but just a few fries on the plate when I asked I was told that they are portioned and that is all I can have. My wife's plate had more and several other customers received more. My portion was less than a small fry at McDonald's.“

“On this day, January 1st, around 1 pm ish, we got the new calzone pizza and some chicken bites. I walked in, as I placed the order for pickup. Only one person there, maybe 50-60? Not sure. Imma say this, that was the absolute BEST order I've ever had, and I've ordered ALOT of papa johns. She did better then a whole staff would have. Way to go!!!“

“The Call center is not helping this business at all. They hang up on people, when asked to bypass them & put us directly thru to the office in Greenville, Ohio, they do not do that. There have been many complaints about the call center & something needs resolved. They need to be able to help & work with the company, not work against them & lose business for Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is the Best.......Please here all of the complaints. Thank You, a concerned customer....“
