“I’ve visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location several times, and overall, my experiences have been positive, with just a few areas that could use some improvement.

One thing that consistently stands out is how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is. The dining area always looks great, and it’s obvious that the staff takes pride in keeping the place presentable. However, something I’ve found a little surprising is how empty the restaurant seems to be almost every time I visit. It’s rare to see more than a handful of customers, which is unusual for a sports bar and restaurant like Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food has always been very good. Everything I’ve ordered has been prepared well, served fresh, and tasted great. My biggest frustration has been the availability of sauces. On several occasions, I’ve ordered chicken with a particular sauce, only to be told they were out of it. Considering that wings and their wide variety of signature sauces are what Buffalo Wild Wings is known for, keeping those sauces in stock should be a priority. It’s disappointing when you come in craving a specific flavor and can’t get it.

On a very positive note, the employees have consistently been friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service has always been excellent, and the staff does a great job making sure customers are taken care of. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition.

Overall, this is a good Buffalo Wild Wings location with great food, excellent customer service, and a consistently clean environment. If management could improve inventory control and make sure their advertised sauces are available, it would go a long way toward making the experience even better.

“Usually get really good food fast and fresh. Lately, I've gotten their Chicken Alfredo with very little or no Alfredo sauce on it. I talked to the daytime manager and he said he has told them about it. In the meantime he made me an order at no charge and apologized for the other orders.“
