“I’ve never had such amazing stellar service from any restaurant or fast food place in my entire life. I was at this KFC in Bellefontaine waiting for a Mobile Order in the drive-thru. A lady named Ashley was working the drive-thru and said it’d be a 5-10 minute wait. My blood sugar was pretty low and I was feeling woozy, and without the worker (Ashley) even knowing she offered us a free drink which was very kind. She checked up on us a few times and then gave us our food, except the tenders because they were still in the fryer. We snacked on a few fries and then she opened the window and offered us a free extra fry because the ones we had were not as hot as they shouldve been. I would have gave her a tip but i only had a dollar in cash. That was the most amazing service Ive ever received. She deserves to be the manager, or a very highly rated 5+ star service elsewhere. Thank you Ashley! I hope you get a promotion.“
“The best well cooked pizza I've had in years. We were passing thru town from Chicago and unlike some pizza huts are just okay, but not this Hut! The person who took my order was well spoken and polite and the whole staff was friendly. Our pizza was made with love! I had a small request to slightly make the crust a bit done and they did just that.! Never been excited for Pizza Hut in years since some of the chain fell off but this place is on point! Thank you guys. You are awesome!“
“EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! Wait time was 1hr20mins. Inwas okay with that. however after 1hr25mins the tracker still hadnt moved from.prep.So I called..and called..and called..To finally be put on hold for over 5mins..Hung up again calling and cslling. finally an answer to be told ANOTHER 1.5HOURS!! So I ask for a refund. I am told okay, Inask for proof of thenrefund and the kid is rude and says he cant. UMM..Hello its MY money show me proof I will be getting it back!! He then hangs up on me even though Inwasnt rude..So here I am 20Mins later STILL calling OHHHH but the phone is off the hook now!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!“
“There isn't enough room on this page to say what needs to be said about this business. After the tornado they stepped up and was serving breakfast lunch and dinner free! Also along with free supplies for anybody that was in need! Oh and did I mention their food is really good and they have an awesome breakfast bar!“
