“We live out of state, but my husband and I got married locally. Merchant house is the ONLY place he wanted for our wedding rehearsal dinner. My favorite has always been the Monte Cristo. The jam it comes with is super yummy too. I also like the Asian bowl!“

“We have made it a tradition to stop in our way to Eldora Speedway as in the past everything has been great. However, yesterday we stopped at lunch time. I chose the Ham & Cheese. It states a generous amount of ham. I could not help but laugh when our food came out and it had one tiny slice of ham and one tiny slice of cheese. It was nothing but 2 white pieces of toasted bread. And the French fries were cold. My boyfriend had got the same burger that he had got in the past. Saying it was the best burger he had ever had. And he was upset with his meal also. Cold fries and burger was nothing like the last one. Service was not what it usually is and they were not near as busy as they have been at all the other times we have stopped. No one ever came back by our table until it was time for the bill. And she was not even the lady who took our order. Really struggling with if we will stop when we return in October.“
