“What was one of my favorite lunch spots has gone down hill over the past few months. Today they couldn’t take credit card waited in the drive thru line for 25 min and another 15 min inside and walked out after I was told there is nothing they could. They won’t pick up the phone so I assume they don’t care. The time prior was dinner time and it took 45-1 hour.
Update since this review I am happy to say it appears they were able to turn it around love some Lee’s chicken.“

“Jalen is always super friendly and fun to talk to when I come to grab my food from a mobile order or when I make an order in person! She helps make sure the crew keeps orders straight. I always get happy when I get to visit my local Penn Station Crew!!“

“I ordered sandwich with no pickle, it came with pickle no sauce ! The potato wedges were not cooked all the way. The rest of the food was good, however the only thing I got for myself was the sandwich…. Was looking forward to eating the way I ordered it.“
