“This is a quaint cute little place where you order at the counter and then find your seat and then call out your name and you can pick it up. We went here for Valentine's Day. Thought it was appropriate. We were on vacation and in town doing some shopping. We wanted an old fashioned burger. Well we found one. The burgers have a good flavor. The toppings were very fresh and the bun was good. They must use decent oil because we had pickles, onion rings and french fries and all three are very crisp and very good tasting. We decided after we ate our meal that we would have some ice cream she had the caramel coffee drink and I had the Oreo ice cream? That's kind of like a blizzard... Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean and it had nice restrooms. Stop by and get an old-fashioned burger if you're in town..“

“I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon. Adding bacon costs $1.99 extra! I just wanted the sandwich and a drink, but the girl taking my order thought I wanted the meal. I didn't realize that until she handed me my bag and there were fries in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything.“

“I just had an absolutely terrible experience at Lulu's Spencerville Rd . She brought me my food, and she was done! No checking back with me, didn't even check to if I wanted a second drink. This location has always been my favorite restaurant in the Lima area. One employee has ruined it.“

“Great little diner. We were passing through town and saw it, and we are glad we stopped in and tried it. Great food with good portions, choices and reasonably priced. Wish it was closer to home. I will eat there next time I pass through town for sure. Try it you won't be disappointed.“

“The food was great and service. Atmophere, however, the group of ladies behind us were so loud about their opinions on politics and religion. I wish they could have been more respectful by just talking quietly among themselves. Probably why no one else was seated in that area. If there again, I'll ask to be seated somewhere else.“

“We are consistently able to get in and bowl. Place is usually clean even though it's busy this time they had a coupon, which was greatly appreciated. Employees usually seem stressed out and not very friendly, even though it seems to be different employees every time. That could be a stressful job, with customer service so I understand to a point. Overall usually a positive experience every time I've been here“

“I have traveled throughout the United States and have eaten at plenty of red lobsters and other restaurants and I will tell you by far this Gem was amazing staff was amazing show so much Integrity kindness the manager Brenda you can see that her employees and her make a perfect team. It was so clean and well organized, and the perfect lighting it was amazing, and the food came out beyond my expectations hats off to the kitchen. Keep up the great hospitality... and thank you..

“The pizza, wings and salads are always very good. The pizza always has plenty of sauce without asking for extra unlike a lot of other pizza places , the wings are always good size and so are the salads. Great place that everyone should try.“

“Ravyn (Maybe not her just this is the name on my ticket) in the drive thru was very nice from the speaker to handing out my order 10/01/2024 5:48, I know this location was having issues in the last year with a manager grooming underage associates and not representing the brand well. Thankfully my favorite seafood restaurant is getting back to normal. Grew up coming to this location to dine in with my dad and love Captain Ds a little too much. Remembered my sauces and everything.“

“I read some bad reviews on this place that kept me away but I decided today I would try it out and I have to be honest, the bad reviews are not warranted. I'm from Texas, here on business, this chicken is pretty good a little too much breading but other than that food is fresh and very good. Service is also good didn't wait too long after my order to get my food. The cashier was friendly. Note to self, don't believe the bad reviews, try it yourself to get an opinion, what's good for you might not be what's good for someone else! I recommend this place for some good homestyle fried chicken!“

“We ordered the chicken wings, which were really crisp and well cooked. The fiesta lime chicken was a big portion and tasted very good. Chicken and broccoli pasta was also good, they added loads of chicken but I felt the pasta was a bit undercooked. The Caesar salad was pretty average. Overall, a good takeout option.“

“Went there tonight got two different dinners, both were good. My mom enjoyed hers very much, as did I (ultimate platter). Wasn't sure if they were still open because there was only two cars in the lot, but the girl at the drive through said they were. Very nice young lady with lots of hair (best description I can give as I didn't catch her name). She did a good job of taking my order and being friendly and a good worker. Haven't been here in a long while, glad that my return trip.was a pleasant one.

And to the person that complained about the baked potato, it does clearly state on the sign that baked potatoes are a "Premium Side" and they are extra.“

“Always Love Lee’s. This location is always packed out at meal time. I think for the limited staff and the high demand, they do a great job. They have always been polite and kind to us, even under a lot of pressure. Now, the customers on the other hand, seem to be rude, impatient and not kind to the staff. It will be ok everyone- you’ll get your chicken and pot pies! Relax and be kind!“
