“Went here just for dinner, since we were in town. Ordered the ultimate feast and the endless shrimp and everything was really tasty. But what really stood out was our waiter. Jeff was phenomenal! We have never had a waiter so good! My husband said he was the best waiter he has ever had, even asked for the manager so he could say something he was so impressed. We told Jeff how impressed we were and found out he had been a waiter for thirty years. This man has it perfected. Wonderful attention to detail. Never had to ask for anything. He was ahead of us the entire dinner filling our drinks, getting the dinner rolls. Food was out really quick. His service was top notch! If you were stopping by for a meal, I highly recommend asking to be set in Jeff's section, I know we will be anytime we come back!“

“Lombardo’s is a Lima Musicians Institution where many many Lima musicians have played & broke bread. I spent my 1 to 9 years living with my grandparents about 200 yards from the parking lot of the bar. I had my first head shots taken sitting at the bar having a drink and smoking a cigarette 😆 phots that were taken by The Indoorfins (another local band) I am a creature of habit & nothing makes me happier than gathering at Lom’s the first Sunday of every month to celebrate “Blues Music” on the radio LIVE with Billy Elvis & 104.9 The Eagle. “This is a quaint cute little place where you order at the counter and then find your seat and then call out your name and you can pick it up. We went here for Valentine's Day. Thought it was appropriate. We were on vacation and in town doing some shopping. We wanted an old fashioned burger. Well we found one. The burgers have a good flavor. The toppings were very fresh and the bun was good. They must use decent oil because we had pickles, onion rings and french fries and all three are very crisp and very good tasting. We decided after we ate our meal that we would have some ice cream she had the caramel coffee drink and I had the Oreo ice cream? That's kind of like a blizzard... Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean and it had nice restrooms. Stop by and get an old-fashioned burger if you're in town..“

“Great food and even better service! I stopped at Happy Daz while traveling, and Ashley, made the experience outstanding. She recommended the patty melt, and it was an excellent choice! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and Ashley’s hospitality really stood out. It’s not every day you stop somewhere on a road trip and leave this impressed. I’d definitely recommend Happy Daz and will be happy to stop again next time I’m in the area!“

“Came in at 7pm on a Monday and there was no wait and the dining room was maybe to 25% capacity which made for a quiet ambiance. The decor inside is very clean and classy. (No pictures of the food because it felt beneath the dignity of the vibe to whip my phone out and start taking pictures) Food was great! We had the caprese salad to start. The spinach was crisp and a little spicy, the olives were flavorful, the mozzarella and the avocado were firm. The pesto sauce they put on the tomatoes is awesome! Had the mushroom ravioli and the strip steak. The steak was great and cooked exactly as requested. The ravioli was also good. The sun dried tomatoes were good but there was a lot of them. The service was less than expected for the price point of the menu. Server did not know if they had a Cabernet (they do not) Also did not know what bourbons were available and we had to choose from what bottles we could see/recognize behind the bar from our table (They do have Woodford Reserve 😉) Asked for A1 sauce and it was brought to me in a little plastic cup with a lid on it like it came from the carry out stock (I don’t even know if they have carry out) Thought it was super weird for a $32 steak 🤷🏼‍♀️ Server came half way through eating and asked if we wanted any other drinks; when we said no she came back with our bill and told us there was no rush. Thought it was nice of her to allow us to finish eating before we paid 😏 We weren’t going to order dessert anyway (not that she asked 😏) but they had some REALLY tempting choices. May come back just for the desserts and lattes 🍮“

“Everything about my experience was perfect!!! I had quick seating, quick service by friendly staff. Absolutely perfect ribeye grilled to perfection. Several check backs by wait staff during my meal. There isn’t anything they could have done to improve my dining experience!!!“

“We've never had Captain D's but decided to try it while passing through town. The food was really good, everything was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and patient as I figured out what I wanted. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.“

“we drove an hour and a half to meet family here.Everything was lovely with the exception that we experienced an issue with a gift card.Ww were told by our cashier that it had to be handled online so tried that after arriving back home with no success.Called back to the store and a lovely lady by the name of Shauna stepped up to help...it was a long story but she took care of it in the nicest way.Found out she is the GM,if every establishment had employees like her....the whole world would run much more smoothly.We WILL return.“

“What was one of my favorite lunch spots has gone down hill over the past few months. Today they couldn’t take credit card waited in the drive thru line for 25 min and another 15 min inside and walked out after I was told there is nothing they could. They won’t pick up the phone so I assume they don’t care. The time prior was dinner time and it took 45-1 hour.

Update since this review I am happy to say it appears they were able to turn it around love some Lee’s chicken.“

“Shawndeka was great!!! Our service was fast and Shawndeka brought our items to the table for us. Food was delicious!!! Melts in your mouth! Dining room clean and bathrooms super clean. Worker was sweeping parking lot which you don’t see very often anymore! Great service delicious food!“

“I ordered sandwich with no pickle, it came with pickle no sauce ! The potato wedges were not cooked all the way. The rest of the food was good, however the only thing I got for myself was the sandwich…. Was looking forward to eating the way I ordered it.“
