“We have been dining at J. Alexander’s from the 1st hour it opened. The food and service is as excellent today as it was on that day. On Thursday evening, we invited some close friends to join us for my wife’s birthday celebration. From cocktails to appetizers to our main course to desserts it was all excellent. “Lily's is consistently wonderful. The food, service, and atmosphere are always evolving. It's wonderful to have a favorite restaurant where there is always something new to try. If you haven't been recently, to now! The menu has likely changed.

“Family and I were in town this weekend and dined at this establishment. Absolutely fantastic folks that work here. The food was wonderful as well. We did breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Corned beef hash and poached eggs for me the first visit and couldn't have been more satisfied. Kids had pancakes and French toast...huge servings on both. I had a bite of each and would highly recommend! Sausage omelet today was probably the best that I've ever had. I chose a biscuit to go with it and was impressed with the flavor and tenderness. The coffee was at a perfect temp and no bitterness what so ever. A bit embarrassed to say this, but I had to indulge in a slice of pecan pie today after I ate my omelet. The pie was heavenly!!! Great food, very reasonably priced. Can't say enough in regards to the top-notch service!!! Sincerely hope our family has an opportunity in the future to visit the area just so we can dine at this wonderful restaurant!!!!“

“Great location for a nice night out. Service (Alisha) was phenomenal and the scallops were super good. Nice wine selection and unique menu made the night a win. Bonus: steps away from Too Social (axe throwing) and around the corner from the Century Bar.“

“Service was slow. Cocktails were good not great but very $$$. We all had salads they were large and fresh. I ordered the steak salad it was good but only 4 small pieces of steak was on it. I guess for &20 that's what you get. Atmosphere was nice“

“The best burgers we have ever had! Passing through Dayton on a road trip I wasn't expecting anything over the top for dinner. The exterior is unassuming and the interior nicely appointed, with a very homey feeling table setting. Wait staff was polite and informative. The lark burger and garlic frites were awesome. Even the house ketchup put an interesting spin on what is normally a mundane condiment. Must visit if you're in the area!“
