Only a few other guests in the restaurant. I ordered pretzels. It took 40 minutes. They were hard, cheese was barely warm. I saw the server once to bring me the bill and to ask if I needed more napkins. I understand being in the industry myself but geesh. Really?
Ordered take out. Food was ready on time, very good wings. Nice new place with large and well lit spaces, outdoor space well maintained, restroom was clean. Also, they are open late, this made the difference for me.
Regarding the french fries, it was obvious the oil might have not been changed recently. You can see on the surface of the fries. They taste good, but the appearance tells the story of the oil.

Waited over 10 minutes to be served. I would have sat there longer if I didn't go to the bar and asked for assistance. Many staff standing in groups talking to each other and eating. My first time eating here. Not a good experience;not customer focused

Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant with a pretty good atmosphere. The food is good, but it can be fairly expensive for what you get. Customers can get meals like cheeseburgers, fries, and potato wedges. The BBQ chicken salad is also really good. However, the service can be slow, even when it's not busy. There can be a shortage of servers, especially at certain hours. The restaurant has tons of TVs with different sports on them, which can help pass the time while waiting for food. Take-out orders can be a problem, as sauces are often forgotten. The acoustics of the place can be bad for people with hearing issues. Management issues can also be obvious, and it's not reliable or dependable. Customers may have a great experience or a not-so-great experience, depending on the day and the server. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings has its ups and downs, but the food is usually good and the specials are great.
