“I was at the Westerville Community Band Festival with my dog Howie and Tuscoes was fantastic! My peach bellini shaved ice was delicious and they kept Howie cool with plain shaved ice, multiple cups, and they wouldn't take payment for it. Couldn't recommend them enough!“
