I’m actually in shock about how I was treated by the manger, Jamie. We came in with a large party with kids and the waiter was great. We understand that large parties are difficult especially on a Saturday night so when everyone was done eating and me and my husband had still not received our food we finally got the waiters attention. Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible
sat for 13 minutes. 2 workers walked by said nothing. cleaned tables right next to us... again nothing. got up walked out and the young lady at the counter says oops sorry. go fly a kite. you have great food but your service is very poor. we don't mind a wait but to be ignored 2 times over..... not acceptable
