After my husband spent $45 on food to dine in, they turned off the lights at 8:25 PM then again at 8:43 PM, while multiple people were still in the lobby eating as well. The door says they close at 9 PM as well as google! We were harassed multiple times, almost every five minutes explaining that they were closing soon. I order from this location somewhat regularly.
I ordered delivery while I was held up at work on 3/13/2023.
I told my wife, 'hey, foods on it's way'... Had I been home, I would have checked...
I get home and almost half the order didn't arrive. I was missing 2 bread bowls entirely.
My wife's meal and one of my kids...
Made me look like quite the idiot...

This is what I got from Panera, Hardly the same as advertised picture. No cilantro at all and micro broccoli barely present. About a teaspoon of quinoa in a small amount of rice in the dish. The price was around $11-$12. The picture was before eating any of it or touching it. Hard to believe they let food leave the establishment this way. I expect more out of Panera. Never again!! 😡😡
