“I sat at the bar which was comfortable without being crowded. The bartender was cordial and polite, took my order quickly and when my food arrived she checked back regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. Food was very good.
In addition, she had one patron that was difficult. Without going into details she handled him perfectly. She was a real professional.

Parking: The burger is a hit! Same price as the fast food places but it beats them by a mile. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said “I’ll be back.”“

“Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“

“The drinks are reasonably priced, the bartenders are friendly, and there's a nice patio section with plenty of TVs for watching the games. The pizza place in the building is quite good. However, it does get a bit crowded and rowdy on the weekends. It would be better if they had security during those times. During the day, it's a completely different vibe. Nonetheless, I still enjoy the place.“

“We are from out of town and needed to feed 16 people after our original plan fell through. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was quick to accommodate. I have to say the service was impeccable and so was the food. Every one of our orders was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server ( I’m sorry i don’t remember her name, but I’m sure she knows who we are talking about) was amazing and professional and never missed a beat! I would highly recommend this establishment !! “On 10/27/24 at 8:44 pm my daughter and I got an order to go. Katelyn C.was our waitress. Just like you to let her know how special a server she was. Went above & beyond to give us exceptional attention & service. You have a special employee there. If you give some kind of recognition she deserves it. The food was exceptional as well. We stay at the Hyatt OSU quite often and always get food from Pastime Pub. Kudos!“

“The food was delicious. We had a couple of fried things that tasted like the oil it cooked in was burnt but our entrees were great. I got the Philly cheesesteak which you can build to your liking. The bread was toasted and sandwich was stuffed full! I could only eat half. We also had the smash burger. It was good but the patties weren’t very smashed so it ended up being a huge burger. Onion petals were great and fries were so so. The service was prompt. We had our orders in and food served very quickly. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a tavern. Bar set up, high top tables, and lots of TVs for the sports fans. Our table felt really sticky though and there was a strange smell in the air. I would definitely still return if traveling to Columbus again.“

“Out here from Canton for work and we've eaten here for lunch 2 out of 3 days and the food is spectacular! The salsa is hot if you like it hot and the Queso is on point!

“The hospitality we were shown this weekend was unmatched. It was a cold evening and we were wanting to feed our 6 and 8 year olds before going to a concert. The wait was well over an hour and half for a table. The staff and owner not only gave my children free drinks but they found us a spot out of the way so my children could eat pizza without waiting. I can’t tell you how much that meant to this momma. Thank you so much!“

“Walked in on a busy college football Saturday. Ordered wings, roosters nest fries and bobs big burger. Filled up with drinks as food came out late. Wings were good as the fries. Burger was less delightful. Seem and tasted like a frozen patty with grilled markings.“

“I can't speak for dining in service as I usually order through the app for pickup, but their burgers are absolutely amazing. I love the Whole Lotta Bacon burger; I'm pretty sure I could eat it every day! There have been a few times where whomever was working forgot to put the sauce on it, which, in my opinion, is what completes the burger. But, for as often as I order, the food has been made correctly a majority of the time.“
