“I just left the store off of Hamilton rd in Columbus. Myself, mom and friend come here about once a week for breakfast. As we were leaving this morning, our friend Roberta tripped over the rug and fell hard. She hit her head, possibly broke her hip. She’s at the hospital as we speak. I wanted to immediately let everyone know what a wonderful person that you have working for you. I regret that I don’t know her name but she checks us out at the register most every week. At the very moment that she saw Roberta fall, she ran to her side. She sat with her the entire time and held her hand. I am amazed and you all should be very proud to have her on your team. When we were all in a panic, she kept her calm and in turn kept Roberta calm. She sat holding the door open and holding Roberta’s hand the whole time. Clear up til the ambulance arrived, she stayed there on the floor with her. We are so thankful that she was there. She deserves an award. She deserves the highest praise possible. The world needs so much more of her. Please let her know immediately that she was seen and she is a wonderful person. Jay was also extremely helpful and stayed there with us the whole time, accommodating whatever was needed. You have some very wonderful people there and I really hope that they get recognized. We really were blown away by their kindness and concern. We appreciate all of you so much!“

“The shrimp and grits are the bomb, prices are reasonable, a big variety of choices in food. So far two thumbs up. I will try the sampler plate next time..4 items for 12$ sounds like a great deal to me!!!“

“I have ordered these guys through door dash no less than 10-15 times, wanna know why? Because I can taste that this is a scratch kitchen… does it take a bit of time to cook everything from scratch absolutely, but it’s worth every minute of the wait and it’s always hot, portions are fantastic…I miss the chili Mac, it was my favorite, but I will survive that with the plethora of other options they have…as long as this place is making food, I will spend my money here…keep it up Mac Daddy“

“We were in town for a Buckeyes game. Our AirBnb was about two blocks away so this was so convenient. We loved everything about it. The atmosphere as soon as we walked in, we knew we’d love it. The owner greeted us at the door and welcomed us. We had the pizza which was great! The pretzels were also amazing!!! Would definitely recommend!“

“Picture us: A millennial couple on a long road trip from our place in Illinois, to my boyfriend’s mom’s place in Ohio, to our family vacation destination in Gatlinburg. The morning leaving my boyfriends moms place, we were tired, hungry, and eager looking forward to a fun weekend, but fatigued with driving. We walked into a Bob Evan’s for our first time ever, and said so to the woman at the counter. She was so friendly and affable, and made us laugh proclaiming “what rock you been livin under!?” LOL! We just loved her. Our server, Amber, was quick, polite, and caring. The food choices were AMAZING, my bf doesn’t like eggs for breakfast and they were able to accommodate him. Our breakfast filled our tummies and our hearts. Definitely making stopping at Bob Evan’s for breakfast an Ohio road trip tradition whenever we visit his mom now!!!“

“I heard about Mac's a while back and today I finally made a point of dining there mid-afternoon. I judge it to be a place where you can have a cold drink, a good meal, and visit with your friends. Low-volume music is playing in the background but not enough to interfere with normal volume conversation. Very friendly and efficient servers. They kinda keep their eyes on you during your visit so all you have to do is to raise your hand and one of them will be with you in a moment. The food is very good with decent-sized servings at reasonable prices. At the moment, I plan on going there for some "Me Time" once a month.“

“Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it's the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.“

“The visit to this location was Absolutely Amazing today. Angela the server was so sweet and took such good care of us at the table. This was actually the best food I've ever eaten from a Bob Evans! We had to meet the cook! Her name was Jackie and this sweet girl can cook!!! Seriously give these ladies a raise before someone else snatches them up. Just an amazing experience. “Saturday at 12:30 and no wait. Food was not brought out together but it worked out OK. We had more people come than we planned. My son went early and got a table for how many he thought were coming. When we arrived they accommodated us at a bigger table right away. We all had breakfast. Always a good choice there. Our table attendant was attentive and did a good job. My granddaughter loved her animal cinnamon roll.“

“We has just there, it was a bad experience!! The waitress was rude and our food was terrible. We had to wait for silverware, had to wait for our dessert and then top it off, stood their at the cash register for 10 minutes to pay our bill . We decided after today, we’re no longer going to be eating there. I would have never treated my customers they way we was treated“

“we entered the bob Evans and approached the host and requested a table of three the young man was very polite and clearly had some type of a disability and needed help at the podium multiple times he went and spoke with his manager and all he would tell him is people needed to wait instead of overwhelming this young man with frustrated customers the manager should have stepped in to help assist I was very disappointed with the management and staff leaving the poor host out to dry and had we got any attention at all from anyone besides the host I would have let them know how disgusting I thought it was needless to say after about 20 minutes and a waiting room full of people we decided to head to another place to eat as a crowded room and a rowdy toddler don't mesh well only certain tables are open to be seated in and staff seems like they are falling apart it's disappointing and not at all what it used to be“
