“The vibe was great. Smiling bartenders! Energetic DJ who played a mix of rock, country, pop and hip hop. Kept the dance floor jumping. Great choice of beers on tap. Clean and chic place with outdoor seating, several pool tables, lots of big screen tvs and nice menu!”

“Hands down the best place to eat and drink in Jackson. Super friendly staff, tons of seating, amazing food, and great events. They have some beers that are their staples, all of which are pretty good. The seasonal and specials are hit or miss, although the waitress is more than happy to tell you which are good. With the full bar, they pretty much have something for everyone.”

My ONLY peeve is that I'm either going to buy a Honda car or moving to Jackson so I don't use so much gas to go 40 miles round trip to pickup this amazing food, lol If I lived in Jackson, I'd eat here everyday and probably weigh 600lbs. in 3 months, lol Keep up the great cooking! “this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.”

“My husband and I were hungry after visiting Buckeye Furnace and the Leo Petroglyphs, so we asked the locals where to eat and they recommended Viva Jalisco. There were several specials that day, and we opted for two of them: Tacos al Pastor and Quesadillo (husband opted for steak.). Both of us really enjoyed our meal. “Think of the great bars in Urban Cowboy or The Deer Hunter! A place where Cledus would stop to “put some groceries down his neck”. This place drips character! It oozes from the 50 year old paneling. The windows are boarded up and you can’t tell if it’s even open. They even had a projection TV and an effing cigarettes machine! (Out of order). Food was awesome and cheap ($6.50 for a bacon cheeseburger. $4 for more fried and delicious ravioli than one can eat). The server was amazing and this will be a regular stop whenever I pass through.”
