Signature cold stone ice cream but the manager/owner does seems not interested in service at all.We've had cold stone at other locations and they put efforts in making it good.. at this location there is no effort..Given a choice.. this would not be the location we will choose.
i love their ice cream but it feels like whenever i go in there whether pickup or eat in, there’s only 1 lady there who has to tackle both online & in person orders which is a lot. honestly makes me feel bad & i also wonder if she has much help at all??

I feel sympathy for the owners, but the problems that the owners are facing can be addressed. I think that their business may be headed for ruin if these issues continue.
